#43: Brain Wash
Air Date: 11/12/77 written by James D. Parriott Directed by Michael Preece
Jaime is mostly just hangin' out in Washington DC with her best buddy, Callahan (Oscar's secretary), who is excited over her new boyfriend (Michael Callan), who started up a new successful hairdressing business nearby. They head on over there so that Jaime can meet him and Jaime is shocked to hear (with her bionic ear) that Callahan is spilling secrets to her beau in his private room. She is forced to tell Oscar and this creates a nasty barrier between the two (formerly) great friends. Callahan (Jennifer Darling) acts like she didn't spill anything and accuses Jaime of a few things. It turns out that the boyfriend is using a special hair shampoo...
This was the episode in which Lindsay Wagner wore the extra low cut smock which tantalized many a male teen viewer, I'm sure, and some adults probably. It was a good showcase for the two actresses, whose characters find their friendship sorely tested. BoG's Score: 7 out of 10
