A lifelong jerk stages a fake nuclear war in his fake bomb shelter to teach a lesson to the people who’ve wronged him (OR HAVE THEY?), only to be hoisted by his own petard when it turns out he’s driven himself insane. There are some valid lessons about pride, and not being bullied, and understanding that your perception of the world isn’t everyone’s reality, but they’re not done as well as in other episodes.
